Monday Night Shop

Work continues on the tank mount.

Had to score the tab with a cut wheel so I could bend it.

I have a little welding to do to finish it but the hard part is done.

...like a hole in the head

Well I needed another project about as much as I need a hole in the head but here we go again...

Triumph project #2

It looks pretty bad because it is but I've got enough parts to put it back together.

I'm really thinking about a Cafe style build which will really minimize the mods and fabrication.

Skinny Triumph

The Triumph lost a few inches off the waistline last weekend and I couldn't be happier. Making a lot of progress on the mock up and finishing the designs for the rest of the custom parts. Most importantly I'm having a lot of fun.

Two Wheel Tuesday

Saw this picture on a thread over on Jockey Journal but so far I haven't been able to find out any more information or pics but apparently it was built by Cole Foster for the owner of Japanese Mooneyes. This appears to be Cole's twist on the Japanese BratStyle. Super clean bike.

Two Wheel Tuesday

Recently while doing some web research for an upcoming motorcycle project I came across these superb Japanese bikes. It seems there is yet another gem of motor vehicle that we in the USA do not get to enjoy, I.E. the Yamaha SR400. These common little commuters make a great basis for some spectacular custom motorycles as can be seen in the examples below. I am quite a fan of this Japanese "Bratstyle".
