Cheese Monger
Anyone that knows me, knows that I love cheese. Last Monday we were eating at Tony Caputo's downtown and they are one of five shops in the country with a legit cheese cave. We got to sample a bunch of European cheeses I've never heard of. One of the cheeses we brought home was a double aged Gouda. This is aged more than 4 years and the lactose is actually crystalizing. Sooo tastey.
