The 2 tank halves are welded back together. Still need to put the tunnel back in but progress none the less.

Triumph Continues

Cut the tank apart again to address the huge dents in the left side that were hidden under an inch of filler and paint.








Worked the dents out with a tear drop mallet.









Cleaned up the rust and scale inside from years of neglect.







Started laying out the rear fender. This is original Henry Ford steel from a 1936 Ford spare tire carrier.
